The Central Warriors softball team is searching for its first win of the season after another tough week on the diamond dropping five more games. The Warriors were outscored 50-7 in the losses and were held scoreless in two of the five contests, bringing their season record to 0-16. 

 

The week got started against the Turkey Valley Trojans in a double-header on June 16. The Warriors lost game one by 9-0 and lost game two by 9-4. On Wednesday night, Central played the North Fayette Valley TigerHawks in another double-header. Central lost the first game by 10-1 and took the loss in game two by 8-0. The week ended against the Starmont Stars on Friday night with the Warriors taking the loss by the final score of 14-2. Statistics were not made available for the Warriors.

 

This week, the Warriors have a double-header on Monday night at the South Winneshiek Warriors with game one at 5:00pm and game two scheduled for 6:30.
