The Prairie du Chien Boys Basketball team competed twice last week. First up for the Hawks was a road non-conference contest at Viroqua on Tuesday, Dec. 7. The host Blackhawks took a 52-23 halftime lead before handing Prairie du Chien a 92-61 defeat. 
The Hawks began SWC play three nights later when they hosted Dodgeville. The Dodgers took a 40-16 lead into halftime before claiming a 75-28 victory over Prairie du Chien. Scoring stats for both games were not available at press time. Dodgeville evened their record at 2-2 with the win, while Prairie du Chien dropped to 0-3 with the loss.
